All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, errors in product availability, pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to provide complete and verifiable information. An order is only considered confirmed once you receive a written order confirmation or shipping notification from us.
We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, images, and specifications of products on our website are accurate. However, minor variations may occur between the information provided and the actual product, particularly in color, texture, or packaging. Such variations will not constitute a breach of contract, and we disclaim liability for errors or omissions that may appear in product listings. Prices for all products are listed exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Any taxes or duties imposed by local authorities will be the responsibility of the customer. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, but any confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed rate.
Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept Cash on Delivery and Wire Transfer as standard methods of payment. If payment is not received in full or is declined for any reason, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel the order. In cases of late payment under agreed credit terms, interest may be charged at a rate of 2% per month until full settlement is received. Title to the products remains with us until all payments, including any applicable charges, are cleared in full. However, the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the shipping address provided.
Delivery dates provided at the time of purchase are approximate and non-binding, as they depend on third-party carriers and circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to dispatch products promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events. Any such delays will not give rise to cancellation rights or claims for compensation. Shipping fees, restrictions, and delivery options will be clearly communicated at checkout, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.
We understand that in some cases, you may wish to return a product. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact us at techrevivd@gmail.com for authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 4 business days of receipt of the item, using the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Products may carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 month, but this does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or modifications made by the customer.
